Development Application

Development applications approved by the Birchwood Condominium Corporation 882 0814 must be submitted to Brazeau County for a development permit. If applicable, permits and inspections for building, electrical, and gas, must be obtained by the owner/builder from the Alberta Municipal Affairs representative (i.e. Superior Safety Code). Commencement of projects is not permitted without approval from both Condominium Corporation No. 882 0814 and Brazeau County.
